Mr. Chavez has more than 29 years of experience in civil engineering, 23 of which are in the Sacramento area. His expertise includes planning and design of commercial shopping centers, public roadway improvements, Regional Transit facilities, single- and multi-family residential projects, and surface and underground drainage design. Mr. Chavez’s has designed and directed the design of major infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, sewer and water facilities, schools and parks, fire stations, widening projects for state routes, projects for the Army Corps of Engineers, the US Department of the Navy and US Postal Service.
